1. How much is shipping and how long does it take to receive my order?
All U.S. orders over $100 ship for free! Shipping for U.S. orders under $100 vary depending on location. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed, and most domestic orders arrive in 2-5 business days. International orders over $300 USD ship for free!
2. Where is Amantine based out of, and where do you ship from?
Amantine is a small woman and minority co-owned business located in the greater Atlanta area in Georgia, USA. Amantine is not a drop-ship store, all orders are hand picked and packaged with care before they are shipped to you within 1 to 2 business days.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
US customers typically receive orders within 2-5 business days. Please allow extra time for international orders and orders placed during the holidays. (Our e-gift cards are electronically issued and are immediately available for use).
4. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
U.S. orders are eligible for return within 30 days. Our full shipping and return policy can be found here. We are not able to offer returns or exchanges on international shipments, including those purchased through a shopping service. Thank you for your understanding. Final sale items, lingerie, jewelry, and hats are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. The item I want is out of stock! Will it ever be restocked?
Our popular styles sell out quickly, so if you see something you want we can not guarantee it will be available for long or that it will be restocked again. If an item you like is out of stock, please sign up for restock notifications by clicking the restock request near the product image and we will try our best to restock it. As we source styles from multiple brands, it is not always possible to restock popular styles. We encourage you to follow us on Instagram at @shopamantine where we post new styles every week!
6. Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do not currently offer expedited shipping. We may make exceptions in specific circumstances if contacted during business hours via email at email@example.com prior to your order being placed. We are unable to apply expedited shipping to orders which have already been placed.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! A full list of our current international shipping destinations can be found here. If we do not currently ship to your country, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we may be able to arrange to add your location to our shipping regions, but this is not always possible.
When placing an order, a Latin-character-based shipping address must be provided as our shipping system does not support non-Latin characters (i.e. Chinese Hanzi, Korean Hangul, Arabic Alphabet, Japanese Katakana, etc.).
8. What sizes do you carry?
Most of our collection is S-L. As we carry multiple brands, some items may be available in XS and XL as well. As we carry a variety of styles, we take individual measurements for every size, so we recommend checking the measurements on the product's description for the most accurate fit information. Beginning Late May 2023, we will carry a limited selection of our styles in size S-3XL.
9. I am unsure of what size to order, can you help?
We are always happy to help with sizing! Please email us at email@example.com with the item you are interested in and what measurements you would like from it, and we will get back to you as soon as we can!
10. Do you have a size chart?
As we carry a variety of brands, sizing can vary, so we provide individual measurements for each size on each garment. Measurements listed are generally meant to be the maximum comfortable measurements for a garment in each size. If you would like a measurement not listed, or would like clarification on sizing, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to help!
11. I ordered the wrong size! Can I have a different size instead?
If you would like to alter your order please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you if your order has not yet been processed. We cannot always guarantee that your preferred size or color will still be available.
12. I just placed an order and noticed that I didn't apply the current promo code! Can you add it to my order after it has been placed?
Apologies, we are unable to retroactively add a promo code to an order once it has been placed. If you would like to cancel your order and re-place it with the code please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before your order has been shipped and we will do our best to accommodate your request!
13. Help! I put the wrong address on my order!
Email us at email@example.com as soon as possible and if your package has not yet been shipped we will assist you in correcting the shipping address. We will only edit shipping addresses at the direct request of the customer who placed the order. Amantine is not liable for errors in shipping addresses entered by customers and once a package leaves our office we no longer have liability over it.
14. I placed two or more orders within the same time frame- is it possible to have shipping combined?
If you placed more than one order within a short time frame, and the shipping addresses are the same, our shipping system will automatically merge all associated orders to ship together. If you placed an order after your first one shipped, they will ship separately. Once your merged order ships, we will refund the shipping cost of one order back to your payment method, if applicable based on our free shipping policy thresholds. If you have any questions about merged orders, or would like the orders shipped separately, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
15. Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your name and order number. If you have already received an email notification that your order has been shipped we are unable to cancel the order.
16. Do you offer gift cards?
We do! Our e-gift cards can be purchased in $25, $50, $100, or $200 increments. They can be used on any item in the store and they never expire! Multiple gift cards can also be applied to a single purchase. Gift cards are sent to the email used when placing the order.
17. Do you offer Buy Now Pay Later options?
Yes, we offer both Shop Pay Installments, and Afterpay.
18. I love your products and would like to promote them! How do I apply to be a brand ambassador?
Thank you for your interest in representing Amantine! We are currently looking for talented creators with engaged followings who embody the bright, feminine spirit of Amantine! If that's you, please apply to our Collabs program to be considered!
19. What is your packing like?
We ship most orders in cardboard boxes or 100% recycled, double usage mailers at no cost to you. Please reuse the mailer whenever possible. Because mail couriers are not always gentle with parcels, we package your items inside an additional recycled plastic poly bag in order to protect the item en route. We recycle packaging materials whenever possible. For more information on recycling or reusing our packaging, please refer to the following article from our supplier.
20. Where do you source from and what is your ethics policy?
This is a question we have had asked several times- below you will find a response written to a customer asking the very same thing!
Caroline here, I am the owner, operator, and buyer for Amantine! I pretty much do it all!
We are a very new online boutique- opened in 2020! Our boutique sources modern & feminine styles hand-chosen from a variety of brands. At this time we do not manufacture any of our own products although we would love to design and create our own line in the future!
The brands we work with generally design their garments in the USA and manufacture them in the USA, China, India, Vietnam, or Mexico. If an item we sell is listed as Imported it is not made in the USA. As we do not manufacture our own garments we can not speak for the exact conditions under which every item is manufactured, but the brands we work with are smaller design companies that have personal relationships with foreign manufacturers and we are in direct contact with their brand representatives when we purchase from them. I strive to source high-quality garments, which are still affordable. If at any time I feel the quality or ethics of a particular partner is in question, or they are producing knock-offs of other brand's designs, we will cease to do business with them.
Large U.S. brands such as department stores and popular chain retail stores often sell garments of the same quality for much more, operating in much larger factories, on a much larger scale, and taking larger profits at the expense of foreign workers, garment designers, as well as domestic fulfillment and customer service workers.
In our own (still small!) operation we take care to recycle materials where we can and choose low-plastic and eco-friendly options when available. We use biodegradable or recycled packing materials whenever possible. If you ever have any suggestions, or things you would like to see, please let us know and we will consider it!
I certainly understand if you choose not to purchase from Amantine. We all make decisions with our purchasing power.
